Avista Agile™ Retail is a private labeled, fully secure comprehensive web solution for retail mortgage lenders. Website functionality includes the submission of data to DU® and LP® as well as credit, flood and appraisal vendors. There is also a pipeline view of all loans with loan-level access to the 1003 data set, credit report, and AU finding(s). Different user roles can be enabled to grant access to various pipeline views and functionality with the site. The Loan Officers can be grouped allowing for multiple pricing and product segmentation. Loan Officer functionality includes the ability to register and lock loans online and receive immediate confirmation from the lender.
