The Automated Report Delivery system enables a customer to retrieve both reports and files automatically without having to manually log on to the bank’s online Cash Management system. This saves the customer time and automates their bank reporting procedures. Security is achieved using bank standard encryption, including PGP encryption, enabling unattended access to bank reports and files.
The system operates as a desktop application that automatically retrieves both reports and files at a customer designated time. At the scheduled time, the system communicates securely with the bank’s FTP server or Web services to retrieve the reports and files. The secure connection can be implemented in multiple ways to best fit the bank’s communications and security policies.
Automated Report Delivery is extremely easy to install and set up. The setup wizard guides the customer through a one time process to schedule the retrieval of reports and files and to specify the location where they are to be saved. Audio and video instructions are included to eliminate calls
to the bank’s customer service department.
Once set up, Automated Report Delivery does the rest. At the scheduled time, the system retrieves any new reports and files and automatically saves them to the customer designated location. The customer is alerted by a desktop notification.
