    The first problem I had with Elan was when someone called in with a different phone number for my Visa credit card. Elan promptly cancelled my card with notifying me. I have now been trying to get a new card, as mine expired March 2018. This process began in February 2018... It is now June 22, 2018. Even though I live in Costa Rica, my other Bank Cards and mail arrive to my Post Office box here. Elan has attempted to send the new Visa card several times without success. I've provided Elan with the USPS Tracking Number, however; Elan refuses to start an inquiry through USPS. When I tried to get this resolved, I have been treated RUDELY by a couple of Call Center "Managers". Overall, it is my opinion that Elan Financial Services has ZERO interest in Customer Service.
