IPS of Boston has been providing simple, effective and secure payment software solutions since 1991. Our product line provides complete payment processing solutions using the existing infrastructure. This enables you to use your existing accounting software, computer hardware and printers to generate checks, vouchers, reports, positive pay and ACH information using our suite of products. Our ACHieve!™ product generates electronic payment (ACH) files using your bank's specifications. Similarly, DoubleCheck® generates positive pay files using your bank's positive pay (sometimes called account reconciliation) file format specifications. Checks On Demand!® software is a complete system (including ACHieve!™ and DoubleCheck®) for laser check and report printing. IPS' software can be configured to accomodate a single workstation or an enterprise wide environment. We also provide consumables such as blank and preprinted check stock, MICR toner cartridges and envelopes.
